3) Eat, eat, eat.
This is the most important thing you can do to build muscle. Your muscles need nutrients to build. Eat 5-6 times a day to build muscle.
Your muscles will grow, and your muscle mass, when they have fuel. It’s as simple as that. You need to eat enough calories to give your muscles what they need. Eat more than what you are burning, but not too much.
There are also some “supplements” to help you build muscle. If you choose to take supplements, use them to build muscle. No reason to start with fat when you can start with muscle.
I have found that eating 7-8 smaller meals has the best effect on my muscles. If you want to, you can go a few hours without eating a large meal.
